Join the Launchpad team in partnership with Sound City for an evening aimed towards artists, music makers and those looking to get into the music industry

Taking place from 5pm on Friday 6th of February at the The Garrison, Barnsley, the evening will feature details of Launchpad programs that provide industry advice & mentoring, opportunities to perform live at festivals and events across the region and funding to support project and personal development, as well as opportunities by other organisations such as Youth Music, Help Musicians & PRS Foundation.

As part of the evening, we will be joined by a selection of speakers working across the music industry, who will discuss the opportunities available to musicians, artists, and aspiring professionals in Barnsley and across Yorkshire. The panel discussions will be hosted by Christian Carlisle (BBC Introducing) and feature individuals who have successfully built music careers both locally and nationally. They’ll cover a range of topics, sharing their experiences and offering advice on navigating and developing a music industry career.
