Launchpad Futures
Launchpad Futures supports artists and emerging music industry professionals aged between 14 & 25, through a series of bespoke industry workshops. Those eligible for Launchpad Futures support are selected from Launchpad Artists and Launchpad Projects open calls for applications.
Launchpad Artists between 14-19 years old receive access to creative and industry guidance, to support their musical and professional development.
Careers in Music is a series that promotes routes to careers in music in partnership with schools and music education hubs.
Launchpad Future Leaders, offers a group of emerging music industry professionals between 18 & 25 years old the opportunity to engage with national music industry organisations, attend training workshops on professional development in the industry, build relationships with other early career music professionals and receive formal qualifications. Through the opportunities delivered by this programme, Future Leaders will gain music industry insight and knowledge from music industry professionals, as well as management and leadership tools to work with us, and play a role in developing a vibrant, inclusive and healthy music industry in the future.
