Born in China and immersed in London’s vibrant music scene for the past 6 years, Travis Li began their journey in the industry as a label assistant at PC Music, contributing to campaigns for groundbreaking acts like Hannah Diamond, Hyd, umru, and A. G. Cook. He later joined Earth Music Agency in 2023 as an agent assistant, supporting the careers of artists such as Deijuvhs, cumgirl8, and Dorian Electra. In 2024, Travis was selected by MMF UK and YouTube Music as one of the Accelerator Managers, which marked him as the second East Asian manager on the program.

“As an independent East Asian artist manager in the UK, I'm passionate about empowering visionary artists to make a cultural impact. Despite economic challenges, I strive to provide a platform for their bold ideas. It is my duty and aims to challenge the norm, break down the barrier towards industry gatekeepers for underrepresented artists especially the queer and poc talents. Together, we will carve out space for diverse voices in the music industry.”

As the founder of SOUNDAR ENTERTAINMENT, Travis manages a boundary-pushing queer and POC roster, focus on Grime, alternative and dance. Their current clients include Reptile B, Princess Xixi. Driven by a passion for discovering and nurturing grassroots talent, Travis is committed to shaping the future of music by championing authenticity and creativity.
