TK co-founder of Finesse Foreva and Publishing exec at Sentric/ Believe Music Publishing, has managed and developed multiple platinum recording producer & artists and a strong commitment to empowering the next generation of talent. In 2024 he won the MMF's team award, 2023, he was named Music Entrepreneur of the Year, and he received the Pride of Croydon Award in 2022 for his contributions to the local community. TK’s extensive industry experience has led him to develop successful programmes for young people aspiring to enter the music business, focusing on skills needed to thrive in the modern music landscape. He looks forward to sharing insights on building a career in the industry and the importance of nurturing young talent.

Finesse Foreva, established in 2017 by childhood friends SK, TK, and producer JB MadeIt, is an independent record label, production house, and MGMT company based in Croydon, South London. The company has significantly impacted the UK music scene, managing artists like Russ Millions & Skengdo x AM, who sold out two tours in 12 months and became the first drill rap act to sell out London’s KOKO. FF also contributed to chart-topping hits such as Tion Wayne and one of their biggest clients Russ Millions' "Body," the first drill song to reach number one on the UK Singles Chart, also produced by their producer client Gotcha. JB MadeIt co-produced Drake's "Demons," which entered the Billboard Hot 100, and also worked alongside Jimmy Lovine on DJ Spinall & Summer Walker record ‘Power’.
Beyond music, FF is dedicated to community & youth empowerment, offering free courses in Music Business, Event Management, and Production for young people aged 16-25. In 2023, they founded the Music NXT Gen CIC and organised the largest music conference in South London ‘Croydon’. Their work has been recognised with awards including YMB & AIM’s 2023 Music Entrepreneur of the Year, Pride of Croydon Award 2022 and mentioned in Music Week publication cementing their influence in both music and community development.
