Psychotherapist, Music Tour Manager

Suzi Green is a Psychotherapist supporting professionals across the live music and entertainment industries. A veteran tour manager with more than 25 years’ experience, she combines industry insight with therapeutic expertise to promote wellbeing in demanding environments. As a qualified Psychotherapist (MA, MBACP) and Naturopathic Nutritionist (CNHC, BANT), she is dedicated to supporting every facet of touring life.

During lockdown, Suzi founded The BACK LOUNGE, a global peer-support community that fosters connection and encourages best practice among industry professionals. Her contributions have been recognised with numerous honours, including Women in Live Music’s Tour Manager of the Year, Pollstar’s Impact International List, the TPi Unsung Hero Award during the pandemic, and most recently the prestigious TPi Tour Manager of the Year 2026.

Suzi also helps drive positive change as a Trustee of the charity Music Support, which supports those facing addiction and mental health challenges, and as an Ambassador for Backup Tech, a charity providing financial and wellbeing support to people working in entertainment.
