Lucy Bridge is a rising leader in the UK music industry and part of a new generation shaping the sector’s future from the North. Starting in the grassroots live scene, she co-founded a successful independent promotions company before being selected from hundreds of applicants for the highly sought-after Generator x Warner Music internship, gaining experience across both independent and major label environments. Since then, Lucy has built a fast-moving career spanning live music, artist development and audience strategy. She helped deliver the MOBO Fringe programme when the awards arrived in the North East, before joining the Audience team at Atlantic Records. Now a Programme Coordinator at Generator, she manages national programmes and international opportunities through the Northern Music Export Office while also working as an artist manager. Shortlisted for Rising Star of the Year at the Youth Music Awards 2025, Lucy represents the ambition, talent and leadership shaping the next chapter of the UK music industry.
