Connor is part of the Member Services team at PPL, the music licensing company that collects and distributes royalties for performers and recording rightsholders when their recorded music is broadcast on TV and radio or played in public. He has over a decade of experience within the business, starting out supporting recording rightsholders, Connor now specialises in performer neighbouring rights as Lead Account Manager. He manages a roster of high-earning artists and works closely with them and their representatives to ensure their royalties are fully maximised both in the UK and internationally.
PPL is the UK music industry’s collective management organisation (CMO) for performers and recording rightsholders. We help ensure that our members’ talent and investment is fairly rewarded when their music is broadcast or played in public places in the UK and around the world.
In 2024, PPL’s revenue was over £300 million, the highest in the company’s 90-year history and we paid over 172,000 performers and recording rightsholders. In the last five years alone, PPL has distributed over £1.25 billion to performers and recording rightsholders.
