Launchpad announces the 2026 Future Leaders
LAUNCHPAD IS EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THE PARTICIPANTS OF THEIR 2026 LAUNCHPAD FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAMME.
The programme offers a group of emerging music industry professionals between 18 - 25 years old the opportunity to engage with national music industry organisations, attend training workshops on professional development in the industry and build relationships with other early career music professionals.
Through the opportunities delivered by this programme, those selected will gain music industry insight and knowledge from music industry professionals, as well as management and leadership tools to work with us and play a role in developing a vibrant, inclusive and healthy music industry in the future.
Participants in Launchpad Future Leaders will receive:
Industry Training Sessions
Mental Health First Aid training
Outdoor Team Building Activity
Launchpad Music Industry workshop
Social Events
One to One Career Mentoring & Coaching
Previous participants have successfully secured full-time jobs within the music industry, released award-winning music, obtained funding and grants for music creation, founded their own businesses and expanded their professional networks within the industry.
