Charlie Sweeney

Charlie Sweeney is a Third Year politics student at the University of Sheffield. He’s currently the Music Editor for Forge Press, the University’s newspaper, as well as the co-founder and lead editor of Jarred Up Magazine, a new Culture magazine based in Sheffield as part of the local record label Jarred Up.

Aside from Music Journalism, Charlie is the Events Officer for the Music Culture Society in Sheffield, and as part of this has started booking bands, most recently having booked Do Nothing, as well as organising a music festival.
