Artist and Producer - Lucas Assagba

Lucas Assagba is a 20-year-old singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist based in Leeds. She has been working as an independent artist and producer for the past two years (both within her shoegaze solo project, and as a guitarist for indie-country outfit Gloria), and her work has garnered attention from the likes of Partisan Records and EMI North.

In 2025, she was a part of Come Play With Me’s exclusive Next Up North cohort, releasing her second EP, ‘What more could I ask you to do?’ through EMI North Records. Described by critics as ‘raw’ and ‘immersive’, the three-track project received praise from the likes of VEVO and DIY Magazine.
