Katherine Cantwell is Social Media Manager at Heavenly Recordings.

Alongside her role at Heavenly, Katherine is passionate about improving access to careers in music for the next generation. Katherine is currently a mentor for Arts Emergency in Greater Manchester and Launchpad in Leeds. She has also delivered industry workshops at institutions including the BRIT School and BIMM, and has appeared on panels at events such as Un-Convention and FOCUS Wales. In 2024, she curated and hosted her own panel at Beyond The Music, centred on pathways into the music industry.

In 2023, Katherine managed an apprentice through the inaugural Amplify Scheme, delivered by AIM, Amazon Music, and Women in CTRL - an industry-first programme supported by eight independent record labels, including Heavenly Recordings.

Heavenly Recordings, the independent record label founded in 1990. The label’s current roster includes KNEECAP, Baxter Dury, Katy J Pearson, The Orielles, David Holmes, Revival Season, Gwenno, H. Hawkline, Delivery, and Joshua Idehen.
