Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer - Musicians' Union

Diljeet is a musician, educator, researcher, and trade unionist. Now working at the Musicians' Union as an ED&I Officer, Diljeet's career has spanned solo writing and performing, session work, researching equalities issues, and teaching in the higher education sector. At the MU Diljeet's role focusses on supporting underrepresented musicians and tackling the issues they face in the music industries.

The Musicians' Union is the UK trade union for all musicians representing over 36,000 musicians across the UK working in all sectors of the music business. As well as negotiating on behalf of members with all the major employers in the industry, we offer a range of support services for musicians.
