I have worked in various aspects of Human Resources for 25 years and for the last 12 years I have run my own HR Consultancy advising small business owners and charities of all aspects of HR from recruitment to supporting employee issues such as how to reward and motiviate staff as well as managing sickness, performance and redundancy. I run training courses to help managers understand the importance of employment law as well as how to support and manage their employees in order to give them a fantastic experience at work.
