Over the years, he has mastered a diverse skill set essential to the music industry, playing a vital role in shaping the careers of emerging artists. As the founder of his own artist management company Blanc Management, Lamour developed a proven formula that has helped numerous artists excel—particularly in the ever-evolving world of social media. He has built a one-stop shop for artists to develop their sound and identity, ensuring they are equipped for long-term success. A skilled producer and songwriter, Lamour has worked with many artists from his home studio in Doncaster. His expertise extends beyond music production—his sharp eye for branding and content allows him to creatively direct projects from start to finish. Working alongside artists, he maximises the potential of smaller-budget campaigns, ensuring they achieve maximum impact. Currently serving as Head of A&R at WaterBear – The College of Music, Lamour continues to shape the next generation of artists, bringing a fresh, strategic approach to artist development and music industry education.
