Label Manager - Launchpad+

Currently, Claire is the coordinator of Launchpad+, a programme that supports artists, managers and labels to release their music effectively and maximise their royalty collection. In 2025 they helped distribute over 340 releases, made up of at least 543 tracks from over 152 artists. In 2023, Launchpad+ partnered with EMI North, and have released music from the likes of Chiedu Oraka, Dilettante, and their most recent signing, LIFE. Alongside this, Claire and her friend Cheïma put on events under 'bloom', and she is also the West + South Yorkshire rep for Independent Venue Week - the UK’s annual 7-day celebration of independent music & arts venues and the people that own, run and work in them.
