Kiera Bickerstaff

Kiera joined the team as an Artist Manager Assistant for Launchpad earlier this year receiving mentorship from whiskas and Simon Rix on artist management, A&R, working at conferences, meeting with artists to plan their releases, creating press and radio campaigns.

Prior to this, since graduating in Music Performance and Production at Leeds Beckett, Kiera worked with Eleven Eleven to build teams of artists for upcoming AAA video game projects. 

Earlier this year, she produced and developed the Pop vocal preset for the AIVA, an AI music software which uses her voice to compose music ‘inspired’ by thousands of machine-learnt musical scores.

Kiera is the lead vocalist and producer for the Leeds band ‘Ava in the Dark’, regularly featured on BBC Music Introducing West Yorkshire, who were recently awarded a grant from ‘Help Musicians’ to record and release their second EP.
