Elektra Kaldeli

Elektra is a multi-instrumentalist producer and songwriter, with a passion for exploring and incorporating various musical styles in her music. During her time at university, she developed a keen interest in music business, and after working a music marketing job, she is currently doing an A&R placement at Modern Sky.

She is particularly drawn to artist management and development, as well as discovering and supporting emerging local talent. Her goal is to create a more vibrant, inclusive, and welcoming music industry, by combating gender inequality and addressing the imbalance against marginalised communities.

Elektra also works as a Diversity Representative at Leeds Conservatoire, where she is currently leading a campaign to improve mental health support and resources available to students. In her free time, she likes writing poetry, composing music for film, and photography.
