Come along on Saturdays to hear different performers live on stage in the exhibition.
Musicians, artists, and performers will be taking to the stage at the Music Leeds Us exhibition at Leeds City Museum on Saturdays at 1 - 2:15pm each week
From pianists to singers and everything in between, the Music Leeds Us On Stage sessions are an opportunity to showcase local talent in Leeds.
Leeds Conservatoire are leading the programme, and Launchpad will be teaming up for a selection of dates to bring opportunities to those ages 18-25.
Celebrate the past 60 years of the music scene in Leeds and witness some special performances at Leeds City Museum.
This event is Give What You Can.

Launchpad will be taking over on 10 January, 14 February, 14 March, 11 April, 9 May and 13 June. We’re looking for performers to join us!
If you're a musician, artist, band, or performer, we would love to find out more. If you fancy having to chance to play on the exhibition stage book a slot HERE. Participants must be 25 or under and under 16s MUST be accompanied by a parent/carer.
We are able to provide performers with a PA system including speakers and a mixing desk, along with DI boxes, mics, and cables. Any other instruments or equipment will need to be provided by you.

Open mic code of conduct / expectations:
Under 16’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
Be kind and courteous to other performers, staff and audience members
No swearing, offensive or explicit lyrics
Treat the building, fixtures and all equipment with respect
The open mic is a safe space. We have a zero tolerance policy – we do not tolerate anything racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, or in any way prejudiced against someones identity or body.
Participants are asked to arrive at the start of the evening to check in, It would also be great to stick around until the end to support the other performers.
If you have booked a slot and unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
We want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to perform. Please keep your set to 15 minutes or less!
