Sam Martindale

I'm a 19-year-old first-year student studying Music Industries Management at Leeds Beckett University. While I’m still exploring which area of the industry I want to pursue, I’ve volunteered at events like Live at Leeds, Yorkshire Music Forum, Launchpad Conference, and Leeds Light Night to gain hands-on experience. Since moving to Leeds, I’ve launched entrepreneurial projects including promoting student gig nights and co-hosting the "Scorching Hot Takes Podcast", where we discuss and react to music while spotlighting the local scene. I'm excited to continue growing within the industry, expanding my network, and collaborating with others who share the same passion.
