Lins Wilson is a music creator, sound designer and project producer, leading psych-alt-rock band Magick Mountain and designing soundscapes for Buffalo Sound Design and Altered States. A cellist, guitarist, bassist, and singer in a multitude of bands, she’s performed at SXSW, supported The Pixies, and performed at major UK and European festivals. Her immersive sound pieces have been commissioned by Tate Modern, amongst others.

Described as a “cultural polymath,” Lins works on career development programmes, mentors emerging artists and produces events across music, immersive arts and wellbeing. She’s held roles with Launchpad, Lord Whitney, and Transform Festival, and is passionate about supporting creatives from underrepresented communities. She finds joy in her role as mum to Iggy and is always developing new music and projects.

Lins Wilson's emotive pieces bring together instinctive cello looping, ambient synths, tongue drum, chimes and solfeggio frequencies to create soundscapes that initiate healing, most recently used for Altered States - immersive, neuroscience-led wellbeing experiences.

Buffalo Sound Design are concept-led sound artists specialising in immersive audio for play and exploration. Blending field recordings, organic and synthetic textures, cello, and spatial techniques, they create sonic environments that inspire connection and play.

Magick Mountain are a power trio with colossal riffs, entwining harmonies and fistfuls of wild, distorted energy. They quickly carved out a place for themselves at the vanguard of an exciting new movement of high octane garage-rock bands with tales of infinite space, otherworldly escapes, hazy dreams and Weird Feelings that weave together the supernatural and the visceral.
