Jos is a record label assistant at Melodic Records, having joined as an intern in their first year of university at BIMM. They have just finished their degree in Music Business and Event Management. They have been at Melodic for 3 years, being involved in release campaigns for artists such as W. H. Lung, Nightbus and Formal Sppeedwear, and have been involved in label management for labels such as Carpark, Daptone and Fire Talk.

Melodic Records is a British independent record label founded by David Cooper in 1999, based in Manchester, England. Most aspects of release campaigns are run in house, from press, distribution, radio and publishing. The label has a European Labels arm, acting as European offices for labels such as Carpark, Daptone and more.
