Tour Manager and Live Music Freelancer

Jess Ambrose is a seasoned freelance live music professional specialising in Tour Management, Production, Stage Management and Artist Liaison Management. With a background in travel, she spent a decade designing bespoke itineraries, a skill she now applies to her work in international tours and events. Jess has worked with grassroots acts through to festival headliners and legacy artists with experience spanning UK clubs, theatres, festivals and large-scale venues. Notably, she was Festival Artist Liaison Manager for Manchester International Festival 2023 and led the Artist Liaison team for the opening events at Aviva Studios including “A Night with The Johnny Marr Orchestra”. Shortlisted in 2024 for Access All Areas Freelancer of the Year, Jess now brings her broad skillset to touring with international acts such as Amyl and the Sniffers, tiLLie and My Bloody Valentine. Outside work, she loves travelling, hiking, snowboarding and getting lost in a good book.
