Emily Jackson

Member Services Manager - BPI

Emily Jackson is Member Services Manager at BPI. She organises BPI’s Membership activities, including networking events and training to support independent and major labels, and helps BPI Members springboard their businesses both domestically and internationally.

Since joining the organisation in April 2025, Emily has hit the ground running by representing the trade body at events such as Liverpool Sound City and The Great Escape, with many more events and initiatives planned for the near future. Emily draws on her background in customer service and operations in her role at BPI, having previously worked at a distributor and leading the activities of a publishing administration company.
