Bernice Waweru is a 21-year-old musician and industry professional based in Leeds. A recent graduate of the Leeds Beckett Music Business course, she is passionate about sync and has interned with 4&North Publishing and Rekodi Music, assisting with metadata input and/or DISCO management.

Additionally, she was a Transform Young Curator assisting in the 2025 edition of the international performance festival. Currently, she is the Sync Coordinator at Launchpad+ and a member of the shoegaze band Flood Maritime.
